We take pride in the appearance of our security personnel. Uniforms are provided to each Prime Security Officer to suit the environment in which they work, and compliant with strict OH&S regulations. Our uniforms are clearly recognisable, facilitating high profile security. Security personnel can be dressed in business suits for high profile companies and special assignments without the overwhelming presence of uniformed officers.

Static Guards – In addition to the government approved security course each of our guards have been exposed to further stringent in-house training prior to beginning of employment. Each guard is professionally attired, trained in public relations and communication skills.
Concierge and Customer service - Ensuring good public relations and maintaining a high standard of quality/courteous service in all dealings with our customer staff, contractors, visitors and the public. Concierge services provide supervision of all entry and exit to the building, maintaining all related records, escorting staff and visitors and providing after hours telephone reception.
Building maintenance - Building maintenance - Conducting audits and daily reconciliations of keys and passes, equipment installation and maintenance, asset protection, assisting with general cleanliness and reporting graffiti.
Systems management - We work closely with clients to identify any cost saving and service improvement opportunities. Our guards can operate and monitor security, video, access control, building management, fire and related systems and operate PC-based equipment, including the issue of approved electronic cards for access and identification purposes.
Emergency Response - Ensuring that in an emergency situation the upmost is done to protect the staff, visitors, building by following pre-defined emergency response procedures. Responding with first aid for medical emergencies and responding to situations like fire, emergency evacuation, bomb threat, VIP visits and rallies while liaising with police and stakeholders.
